  • Ticker - fintech.

    Challenge:

    Marketing audit and strategy, prioritised activation plan.

    We hired Beachside through recommendation to give us an outside view of potential optimisation in our customer journey and distribution strategy. Besides the original remit, Beachside Marketing also gave us plenty of ideas for our wider marketing plans. From initial consultation, we had several collaborative workshops to dive into the customer journey and discuss the market from JP’s expert point of view.   • Age UK - charity - commercial arm.

    Customer loyalty overview, customer engagement strategy, prioritised activation plan.

    Age Co. wanted to identify strategic options available to drive more engagement within their marketable base. Working with the Age Co. team we build recommendations from data insight and customer loyalty best practice. Identifying actions required top build insight, improve customer experience and drive marketing activity and channels to build business value.

  • R-cubed - data consultancy.

    Challenge:

    Customer loyalty workshop. Build greater understanding of what customer loyalty is, the constituent elements and how they can be activated.

  • Follicular Lymphoma Foundation - charity.

    Challenge:

    Interim functional marketing leadership and management.

    Overview:

    Helping FLF build there marketing capability, deliver the organisations strategic aims and journey towards there mission of finding a cure for follicular lymphoma. Key areas; brand and propositional development, campaign management, CRM, digital performance media, donor engagement, data analytics , channel strategy and management - across UK, US and other regions.

  • Kingston University - education

    Challenge:

    Modernise undergraduate and post-graduate curriculum. Review topics and content covered across products, comparing current delivery against ‘current’ professional needs. The external overview will consider current today’s ‘commercial’ marketing workplace.

    The summary output enables the Kingston team to reflect agreed recommendations within the future course content and supporting material.

    Following this stage, Beachside was asked to develop a new ‘modern’ marketing curriculum (using a commercial approach) for the academic team to use as a stimulus for the new course structure. Once finalised the new ‘modern’ marketing curriculum will be validated with industry leaders and seek engagement, where possible.
